Jun. 25th, 2008 07:17 pmI had to put the smack down on a sale rep in Wisconsin, I hate having to do that. But he was sending out e-mail that was putting words in my mouth and I had my fill of that game about ten years ago. How hard is it to just stick to the facts? Stick to the facts, don't tell lies, don't make mountains out of mole hills, go home at the end of the day, chug a beer, watch the tube and scratch yourself with no worries. When the truth becomes stretched, the wrong actions are taken, people get screwed, egos are bruised, customers go away to companies who do not staff a raving lunitic.
Plus I don't care for the polictical bullshit baggage that comes with it. Give me cold hard facts, and decisions based on them.
The LJ access thing is a interesting thing too. It all depends if the address begins with www.livejournal or not. Such as the web based applications that handle logging on, posting new posts and such. If I go straight to my journal at //mojocatt.livejournal it bypasses the block. In a nutshell I can read unlocked posts in my journal and friends page, but I can't log on, write new entries or post comments.
And finally, file under freeking annoying. Screwdrivers with magnetic tips that don't have enough power to hold the screw in place on the screwdriver, yet do have enough power to yank the carefully placed screw away from the target in a hard to reach location.
