The Promise Keeper is here, groovy. Seems he has lyme disease, yikes. But he is on meds and is going to be alright. I mean, I don't wish him any ill will as far as health goes, but I still have the pressing need to punch him from time to time.

Today is boffy's (my wife) birthday. But she never uses her LJ account so the LJ link is useless.

Drove the car in today, sore back. That muscle that runs along either side of the spine, yah that one, the one on the right side. Its just tense from all the work it has had to do. I've damn near done everything to get it to relax. No big deal, this is in addition to sore shoulders, sore calves, sore chest muscles
