Pink Floyd
Jan. 16th, 2004 06:56 amLike I said in a comments section, way way too much Pink Floyd. I swear it changes your brain chemistry. A calm (clam, clams! I ask for calm and you give me grim clams!) grimness washes over a person, almost an enlightenment. An ability to see the paradoxes and see how they can perfectly co-exist and have no need to obliterate each other.
In fact oblivion itself don't seem half as bad as it really is. Nothing needs to makes sense, just exist or not exist.
Maybe just the fact they did so many drugs while writing the music, the music itself is a drug.
and now they expect me to give a presentation. how am i going to pull this one off without explaining to everyone that each atom in your body may contain a tiny universe. and in turn our entire universe might only be a atom in the end of transients penis on a larger plain of existence? or an electron traveling as part of an electrical stream in a television set. and that our entire universe might just be one of trillions of others on the screen, displaying the equivalent of the cosby show on a alien tv.
And how this makes perfect sense....
