mojocattFunny, yesterday our division VP was in. I was invited to the meeting, a first, I never get invited to high level meetings. I must be gaining some clout or....something...like um, that.
He mentioned high seniority base we and another plant had (Brookville, IN), and how important that was. That we must take action to maintain our people. My jaw about hit the floor....a VP with a brain?....
Yet somehow this wisdom does not seem to be filtering down the org chart. On this level even the most experienced is considered somewhat disposable.
