So I just got clearance from my grandboss to ask my great grandboss about the position I covet.

And I don't know how to approach him on it. I can damn near tell him anything most days.

Don't worry, I'll do it. I just need to find the words....

Probably because I stand a snowballs chance. I would still report to my grandboss, who would become just my boss.

The great grandboss needs to make the decision though...what to say...what to say...
