I'll have to borrow it out, once we finish with it that is.....Could be some time, lots of practicing in my future. Its all fairly straight forward basic material, but some tips can be quite a surprise.

Like I said, you'd be surprised. I fancied myself good at it, but this taught me better than good.

Its a step by step process that starts with the very first moment of foreplay over the entire body. Feet, neck, back, head and arms. Then you slowly make your way to the target. Each part gets due attention along the way. Then once on target you apply the same, a slow building, using minimal pressure and a constant rythm, paying attention to all the little parts. Pressure comes later, but to still continue the rythm. Not a direct dive for the bullseye as you may see in porn or stories..

A good read for the woman too. It deals with some of the insecurites some women have about it. So you can deal with them and cast them aside and enjoy it to it fullest.

Hrm... that last part sounds interesting... especially since I have a hard time letting go and relaxing at any attention there.
