This years Gimli's Axe has finally conditioned to where I want it to be. I'll bring a half dozen around to the next event. These heavy ales seem to require long bottle conditioning. It's got a kick to it.

This next session I'll plan on a full year from fermentation start to bottle conditioning end and not touch it until it is done.
