Muntazer al-Zeidi, the Iraqi journalist who fastballed his shoes at dubya, and called him a dog is now asking for leniency from the Iraqi government. Shit, the man should have a fucking medal pinned on his chest. The only thing Muntazer al-Zeidi needs to apologize for is that he missed. I jumped up and cheered, with my arms in the air, screamed "fuck yeah!" when the video was aired on the evening news.

The man is a fucking hero. Having shoes tossed at him and being called a dog is the very least that asshole deserves. If a legal defense fund is established I'm sending money.

Man, to have that chance. I can't do something like that, I have a family to take care of, and can't risk jail time. But to have the chance to throw something, anything at that smug jackass, man oh man, it would feel sooooooo good. Just the chance to paste a spit ball on that mug would be good.
