Worked my ass off today, with more still to do. But just the mere fact that the radiation is over and going home is exactly just that, going home. No daily trip to the hostipal. It feels great.

I never realized what a crimp in my workday it caused. Just knowing that one pile of F'ed up shit was to be followed by another. Most liberating.

Tonight I caught a little story on the news. It concerned Red states, blue state and the common misconceptions between Dubya voters and Kerry voters.

One woman who voted for Dubya explained one misconception, that just because she voted for Dubya does not mean she carries a bible with her everywhere. Just because she voted for a religious extremist does not mean she supports religious extremism.

Oh, my mistake, next time you vote for a religious right wing wacko hawk extremist I'll keep in mind you were really supporting legalizing marijuana for chickens. At least that's what I voted for, keep those chickens stoned, that's the best way to fight terrorism.
