Things that piss me off #326

Now, speaking of jesus fish stickers on cars and the like, those can be somewhat tolerated. What really irks me is the complete lack of respect some printers have for Bill Watterson. As each person with something to say about their dislike of a line of vehicles seems bound to have a sticker of Calvin peeing on something.



Now my first observation is copyright infringement. Calvin & Hobbes is the property of Bill Watterson and Bill is NOT receiving any royalties from the use of HIS charter. On top of that I don't believe Bill would approve of such merchandise in the first place. And now the Jesus freaks have to get their opinion in on the matter as well.



My oh my, what a decent Christian thing to do, copyright infringement. I'm almost 100% sure if Jesus drove a car, he'd have one of these in his window. I have yet to meet someone in a parking lot with a christian Calvin sticker, but when I do, I will be confronting them on the issue.

And hundreds of more variations of Calvin peeing on things, flipping the bird, mooning, kiss my ass, praise the lord and anything else you can think of to slander a most wonderful cartoon series by Bill Watterson. In my book Bill Watterson is no less than a genius for one of the best cartoons of all time.
