Sep. 22nd, 2004 08:47 amThe Cowboy Bebop movie was pretty good. There were a couple of times I had to just say "damnnnnnnn", that was brutal. It was fun to have enough time to just let Spike just wander about and get into trouble. The story idea was good and the villan was one wicked son of bitch.
But at the 2/3 mark the writers seemed to just throw up their hands and say, we need to squeeze in a aerial dog fight, have the heroes save the world and then **snip**. Despite that these characters need more of a reason to save the world than to just be nice. The last 1/3 kinda flew in the face of 6-7 hours of previous material.
And what the hell?!?! There were almost Faye boobies, I wanted to see Faye boobies....sigh.
