Really weird. Somehow my company e-mail address got out to our customers, and he said, she said, who talked to that guy said that I am the big boss man. So I am getting these e-mails addressing me as some sort of big shot suit.

Wow, I feel all important and shit.

It kinda sucks though, all these customers, caught in the corporate maze, asking for help and there is nothing I can do about it without putting my own neck on the block. I know the feeling all to well, there is nothing more I would like to do than reach out and help each and every one of them in a personal fashion.

But all I can do is forward the message on to the customer service desk and ask them to handle it.

Well, only a few more hours and I can leave this place behind for a week.
