Aug. 2nd, 2004 12:15 pmOn my countdown to vacation, 33 hours, 44 minutes of work to go.
Vacation is difficult to call it as I will be remodeling the bathroom starting Friday night. I will need some help hauling a steel bathtub home Saturday Afternoon. I plan on ripping the existing tub out on Friday night and removing the toilet Saturday morning. Hope to have the tub roughed into place, finish prepaing the walls behind the sink and toilet and lay the floor by sunday, and get the toilet back up and running. Then spend the rest of the week finishing the sink and tub installation. I am sure there will be many nasty little surprises waiting for me, there always is.
Boffy goes in for here follow up MRI scan this morning to evaluate her Acoustic Neuroma. The prognosis is not good if it has regrown, it could require radiation treatment. Radiation treatment would almost certainly trigger a actual brain cancer later in life. So we are quite anxious about the results.
