May. 24th, 2004 01:32 pmOkay so I was mistaken. This was his third DWI in one year. I know the last two were .30's, the most recent where he crashed his motorcycle.
They gave hime two months in the workhouse and one month house arrest, driving privliges removed for five years. So, lucky me, dumb stupid fucker comes back to work. So, it seems you can drive intoxicated at a level considered by most to be alcohol posioning, get caught three times in less than a year, drive to and away from treatment drunk and still stay out of jail.
Hello! Hello court system! Three times in one year, completely shit faced smashed drunk! Helllllooooo!
And I thought DWI was a serious offense, silly me.
But, ohhhh nooooooo! Throw the mild mannered stoner reaping on a joint in jail for life! He's dangerous! He might rape white women!
