So my boss rolls on into my office. I'll help you assemble this new project you are working on. Thats great I can use the help in a big way, but there is a problem...

**Project: A SVGA high-def 20" monitor network through my workplace, displaying critical production stats real time.**

Earlier I noticed a fellow known as "the god" was staying on from night shift for a little over time. Now "the god" is expert in all things under the sun. In a meeting enviroment, he can bring up some very good feedback and honest opinion.

The flip side of the coin is that when you are working on something, he is full of negative opinions. 'Why are you doing that like that? I don't like the color. Put it somewhere else. How much did that cost? Now if it was up to me.... Thats stupid, I have no use for that. Why don't you customise it just for me? What if I want to get my e-mail through this? Can it display sports scores? Why did you pick "drdoom" for a password? Now, ya know....'. All while you are attempting to work.

In short, the entire universe revolves around this guy.

I asked my boss if we could put it off until after "the god" left for the day. He did then see my wisdom, and agreed.

Subject: Attempt to make criticism of
Bush illegal
Dear MoveOn
member,

Are you involved in a local or national non-profit or public interest
organization? As a leader or board director or member? Please read this message
carefully, because your organization could be facing a serious threat.

The Republican National Committee is pressing the Federal Election Commission
("FEC") to issue new rules that would shut down groups that dare to communicate
with the public in any way critical of President Bush or members of Congress.
Incredibly, the FEC has just issued -- for public comment -- proposed rules that
would do just that. Any kind of non-profit -- conservative, progressive, labor,
religious, secular, social service, charitable, educational, civic
participation, issue-oriented, large, and small -- could be affected by these
rules.
It is long, but check it out. Kinda creepy )
