How thrilling....

I just had my review.
Out of 12 different items I scored
Exceedes expectations: 9 (damn near everything)
Meets expectations: 1 (safety)
Below expectations: 2 (attendance, housekeeping)
My two below expectation scroes are attendance, 1 absent, 4 late last year, a fairly pitiful thing to get dinged on*, and housekeeping. I have to admit, my office looks like a bomb went off most of the time. Well, I am a eccentric mad scientist type, a pig sty is to be expected.
Recently pulled our ass out of a major quality issue that would have cost us a major amount of market share. Just fixed a SQL system I have absolulty no training in by just being a eccentric geek (imagine if they trained me).
Overall, I exceed expectations for the fifth straight year so (since they started reviews). Okay, so that means lots of good things? Promotion, new challenges, more money and nifty toys?
Nope.
Whos looking to hire the perfect employee (in Minneapolis / St. Paul) who exceeds all expectations except for housekeeping? If I continue to stick around here for nothing but a pat on the back, I am a complete fool.
*Considering my wife had F*CKING BRAIN SURGERY last year.
