mojocattHome improvment funds should be availible this week. This means the start of home improvments this weekend. Start with two exterior doors, move on to trim repair and painting, gutters, then it is a remodeling of the bathroom, then the kitchen, if time allows then paint the stucco. Roof next year, maybe.
The fun part will be getting new tools, a sabre saw, table saw, big ass ladder.
