So I plowed on to the 2:30 mark of the "summit". I was unable to continue.

The next disappointment was the coverage by CNN (I was unable to locate C-Span3).

I am perfectly happy to sit down and listen to both sides and draw my own conclusions. It was nice to have the whole furball in one room, as opposed to them running off at the mouth on their respective friendly media outlet. Or listening to them one by one on the senate floor over many many hours.

But CNN kept breaking in with commentary and "experts", right over the top of the president or member of congress who was currently speaking.

Wolf, I don't give a rat's ass what you or your experts think during the event. Shut up, sit down and listen. I want to hear what that person at the meeting has to say much more than what you or your fucking "experts" think.

80%+ of people think the government is broken. I'm not so sure it's the government that broken, it's the media. Bad government might be the symptom, but poor information is the cause.
